By registering, registrants agree that their personal data provided will be used by the ASHK (or its agents) for administration and management purposes relating to this event and other activities supported by ASHK or relevant to the actuarial profession. Registrants can request not to disclose their personal data and opt out of receiving the ASHK’s general mailings by emailing info@actuaries.org.hk.The ASHK Privacy Policy can be found here.
The participant list will be published on the conference website / App. By registering, participants agree that their name and company appear on the participant list. Participants can request to have their name removed from the list at any time by emailing info@actuaries.org.hk.

F. REGISTRATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If, for any reason or any part thereof, the conference is prevented from being held, or the conference venue becomes unavailable, the Organiser may cancel or postpone the Ageing Well Hong Kong 2026. In such event, the Organiser shall not be responsible for delays, damage, loss, increased costs, or other unfavourable conditions arising by virtue thereof, and participants waive all or any claims for loss, expense or damage against the Organiser arising therefrom.
For cancellation, please notify the Conference Secretariat by emailing info@ageingwell.com.hk and provide such information as the name(s) of the participant(s) and the cancellation item(s). Cancellation before 9 October 2026 will be subject to an administration fee of 25% of the Conference registration fee per participant, and refunds will only be made after the completion of the Conference. In the event of late cancellation (after 9 October 2026) or no-show, requests for refund will not be entertained.
If the delegate is unable to attend the Conference, a substitute delegate is welcome at NO extra charge provided written notification is given to the Conference Secretariat by 9 October 2026.
