Full Pass: Fees include admission to all conference sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and conference materials for all days.
Registration Policy- FULL PAYMENT must be received to confirm your registration.
- A confirmation email will be issued to you after your payment is verified within 24 hours.
- To qualify for the Early-Bird rate, please settle the full payment on or before 23 August 2026. Otherwise, the outstanding registration fee will be automatically changed to the Regular rate.
- All bank charges should be borne by participants. The complete registration fee must be received by the Conference Secretariat.
- Online registrations will close after 9 October 2026, and any new registrations will not be processed.
- A reminder email will also be sent at least 3 days before the event. If registrants did not receive the confirmation email and reminder from the ASHK, it is the registrants’ responsibility to contact the ASHK Office to confirm their seats.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If, for any reason or any part thereof, the conference is prevented from being held, or the conference venue becomes unavailable, the Organiser may cancel or postpone the Ageing Well Hong Kong 2026. In such event, the Organiser shall not be responsible for delays, damage, loss, increased costs, or other unfavourable conditions arising by virtue thereof, and participants waive all or any claims for loss, expense or damage against the Organiser arising therefrom.
- For cancellation, please notify the Conference Secretariat by emailing info@ageingwell.com.hk and provide such information as the name(s) of the participant(s) and the cancellation item(s). Cancellation before 9 October 2026 will be subject to an administration fee of 25% of the Conference registration fee per participant, and refunds will only be made after the completion of the Conference. In the event of late cancellation (after 9 October 2026) or no-show, requests for refund will not be entertained.
- If the delegate is unable to attend the Conference, a substitute delegate is welcome at NO extra charge provided written notification is given to the Conference Secretariat by 9 October 2026.
